How to Help CSFB Fund the Future – Our Next 20 Years

Children’s Scholarship Fund Baltimore’s Fund the Future Campaign was launched in 2016, with the intention of raising $1 million in three years. The campaign was designed to help to better forecast the number of available scholarships and take new families off of our waiting list sooner. This way, families will have more time to select the school of their choice and secure the remaining funding needed for tuition. To date, CSFB has raised over $960,000 for the campaign and earlier this month, CSFB held a Fund the Future event, where we received a $20,000 donation for matching gifts made […]

Make a Real Local Impact in Baltimore City on #GivingTuesday

Last year, Children’s Scholarship Fund Baltimore participated in #GivingTuesday and thanks to you, we raised $3,270—enough to give a scholarship to one low-income student! This year, CSFB's #GivingTuesday goal is $5,000, and with your help, we can continue to have a direct and immediate impact in the lives of the low-income Baltimore families we serve. With a 97% high school graduation rate and 84% of our students going on to college, donating to our tuition-assistance program is a fantastic return on a modest ($2,000 per student per year) investment. There are currently over 400 families are on our waiting list to receive support. We need YOUR help to meet this demand. [...]
